Who Am I?

My name is Nicole Srail. I graduated with BBA in Marketing with a minor in Communications from Loyola University Chicago and am currently working as a Sr. E-Commerce Sales Specialist with FedEx Services while pursuing my MBA from the University of Southern California.

My life has always been filled with people and creativity. I have been a performer my whole life. Taking the stage as a singer, dancer, and actress has not only defined me, but has sharpened the skills needed to pursue the career that I can excel at. Talking in front a crowd has never given me chills, but instead has given me peace and comfort. I find joy in understanding and empathizing with my audience and doing the proper research to give them exactly what they need.

Creativity flows through me naturally and I always feel the need to be creating something new. As someone who became a mom at a young age, I was thrown into the real world quicker than I expected. By the age of 20, I was a manager at a Sprint store and quickly developed leadership and teamwork skills. Since then, I have worked hard to push myself to be the best worker I can be. I enjoy thinking outside the box. I believe innovation is key. Innovate to create what can not be replicated.

Through my classes and work experiences, I have become proficient in various software programs including: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SPSS, NVivo, Qualtrics, Salesforce, Constant Contact, R Studio, and Tableu. These tools allow me to dig into extensive marketing research while developing the most appropriate course of action for any goal.
